PeopleGuru’s course database is available for employee training and development however, we also support your organization's previously created or acquired courses. Acceptable formats include .pdf, .ppt, .pptx, .doc, .docx, and .zip.
PeopleGuru LMS has a library of over 130 standard courses! With PeopleGuru LMS employers can assign their employee's relevant training by categories, such as position or department.

Create in-person or virtual, one-time training events for specific employee groups. Include the date, time, and location of the event and utilize the ability to track attendance.
Following the completion of coursework, employees have the ability to rate and comment on completed course events. This feedback allows for the improvement of courses within the system.
